About Nik Watson, CEO, EA
Nik Watson is the CEO of Cloud Accounting Group, a modern tax and accounting firm built to help business owners turn confusing numbers into clear decisions. With 5 years of entrepreneurial and startup experience, Nik has built and scaled multiple ventures, including an e-commerce brand and a marketing agency, giving him a real-world operator’s perspective on what it takes to grow profitably.
At Cloud Accounting Group, Nik’s specialties sit at the intersection of operations, leadership, business development, and marketing. He’s known for building systems that scale, driving revenue through clear positioning and client experience, and leading teams with high standards and strong culture. His focus is simple: make the firm fast, reliable, and proactive so clients feel taken care of, understand what’s happening, and have an executable plan.
Outside of work, Nik loves traveling, reading, sports, and spending time with family and friends. He’s passionate about building businesses that last and creating a firm clients trust for the long haul.
About Tony Tropeano, CPA
Tony has 14 years of business building experience and has built two CPA practices from the ground up. His experience ranges from being an SEC auditor to overseeing the financial operations for a multi-million dollar online marketing business and finally building and managing two CPA practices since 2012.
His areas of expertise include tax planning, tax credit research, accounting, technology automation, tax preparation, entity structuring and general business advisory solutions. Tony’s primary goal for Cloud Accounting Group is to provide personalized customer service, provide tax and accounting guidance, be informative, and cultivate trust leading to long-term client relationships.
In Tony’s personal time, he loves spending time with his kids, family and friends. He enjoys writing music, playing guitar and piano, reading, exercising, traveling and trying new food spots.
